At Qi Supplements, we want you to feel as good in our apparel as you do in your wellness routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to helping you find the right balance with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
